Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation and reschedule policy requires that customers notify us at least 48 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule their booking. If you cancel or reschedule your booking within the specified time frame, there will be no cancellation fee. However, if you fail to cancel your booking within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount of the booking.
